FAQ's

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship in 3 days or less, but our official order processing time is  5 - 7 business days to process.  This does not include weekends and holidays. Most items are custom made at the time of ordering and prepared for shipping. Shipping is an additional 2 - 7 days depending on the shipping method you select. Order processing time increases to 7 - 14 days during sales and holidays.

How will my order be shipped?
We use the USPS for all of our shipping.  You will receive an email once your order has shipped and it will contain your tracking information. 

What happens if the USPS loses or damages my items?
Once packages are in the possession of the USPS, all late or non-delivery issues must be handled by the USPS. You can contact USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275 -8777. They will be able to open a case on your behalf

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the customized nature of our products we don't offer refunds.  If there is a problem with your order please email us.  

The Images are blurry on the website. Will my stickers be blurry?
No, your stickers will not be blurry, this is done to reduce graphic theft.  Our stickers are clear, bold and vibrant. It's what makes out stand out from the crowd.
